What is Jumbling Pattern of Examination? In Jumbling Pattern of Examinations, All The Students from One College are sent to any other College for their Final Examinations.

In view of the above, based on the instructions from the APSCHE, In order to avoid the malpractices in the examinations, the Academic Senate of the University has taken a decision to implement the Jumbling/Clustering of the Examination Centres for the Conduct of Examinations from the Academic Year 2015-16.

Sub: JNTUK – University Examination Centre – rescheduled of III/II B.Tech.Mid Examinations – for Holiday on the occasion of Sri Rama Navami on 26.03.2018 (Monday) instead of 25.03.2018 (Sunday) – Intimation – Regarding

Ref: Circular dated 24.03.2018 of the Registrar, JNTUK, Kakinada 

As per the reference cited above, the Public Holiday is announced on 26.03.2018 (Monday) instead of 25.03.2018 (Sunday) on the occasion of SRI RAMA NAVAMI. In view of the above, it is informed that the II Mid Examinations for III B.Tech.II Semester (R13 Regulation) of March, 2018 scheduled on 26.03.2018 (Monday) are rescheduled on 27.03.2018 (Tuesday).

And also the last date for payment of fee (Without late fee) i..e.26.03.2018 for I B.Tech.II Semester Regular/Supplementary and Pharm “D” II,III,IV,&V year Regular/Supplementary Examinations April,2018 is extended to 27.03.2018 (Tuesday). There is no change of the dates for fee payment with late fee.

The Principals of the all affiliated colleges are requested that the same may be communicated to all the students concerned.

Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) is AP State Level Common Entrance Test for admission into Regular PG Courses in Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy (ME / M.Tech./ M.Pharmacy ), Graduate level Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate) for the academic year 2018-19 conducted by Andhra university on behalf of A.P. State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), a statutory Body of the Government of A.P.

The Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) is conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of A.P. State Council Higher Education (APSCHE).

A P Common Entrance Test (APPGECET- 2018) will be conducted on 10-05-2018 to 12-05-2018 from 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon & 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM for admission into M.E. M Tech and M Pharmacy Courses for the academic year 2018-19. Eligible candidates can submit their applications through online mode only. by paying the application registration fee of Rs 1000/- (for OC/BC) Rs 500/- (for SC/ST) through AP Online Payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit card and Net banking). The detailed information regarding Eligibility. Syllabus and Model Question Paper. MOCK TEST related instructions and procedure for Online Submission of Applications are available on the website www.sche.ap.gov.in/pgecet. A separate notification will be issued for GATE/GPAT qualified candidates.

Applications are invited for appearing Post-graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) for admission into M.E / M.Tech. / M.Pharm. in University and Affiliated Engineering / Pharmacy Colleges in Andhra Pradesh state for the academic year 2018- 2019.

APPGECET will be a computer based online test. Separate notification issued for admission of GATE/ GPAT qualified candidates. Seats leftover after admitting GATE/GPAT qualified candidates will be filled with qualified candidates of AP PGECET-2018

Eligible candidates who wish to apply for AP PGECET 2018 may submit their applications through online mode only. Online submission of application will commence from 21-03-2018. Registration fee: 1000/- ( 500/- for SC / ST candidates) for one test. In case a student wants to appear for more than one test, separate registration fee has to be paid for each test.

 A Common Entrance Test designated as Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test (APPECET – 2018) will be conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University for the academic year 2018-19 for seeking Admission into B.P.Ed.(2 Years) and U.G.D.P.Ed(2 Years) Courses. The Application form is for Common Entrance Test for the entry into the Physical Education courses.

The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada will conduct “Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (POLYCET)” for the candidates seeking admission in to all Diploma Courses in Engineering / Non Engineering/Technology offered at Polytechnics / institutions (including Aided and Unaided Private Polytechnics / Institutions running as 2nd shift in Pvt. Engineering Colleges) in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2018-2019.

Eligibility to appear for POLYCET-2018 

Candidates who have passed SSC or its equivalent & recognized by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P., Vijayawada are eligible. The candidates who have compartmentally passed or appearing for SSC are also eligible to apply. However, they must have passed in all the subjects before seeking admission.

 Detailed information regarding eligibility, age and syllabi etc. are given in the “POLYCET-2018 Instructions-Booklet” which will be available along with the APPLICATION FORMAT and is available in http://sbtetap.gov.in)

How to apply: 

State Board of Technical Education & Training, AP, Vijayawada has made arrangements to file online applications at various AP online/Helpline centres/ through payment gate way. The detailed list of these centres is available at http://sbtetap.gov.in website. In order to file application through these centers shall pay the examination fee Rs.350/- (Rupees Three hundred and fifty only) to the operator by the candidate. 

The detailed procedure of filing up of the application form is available in the instructions booklet along with the Application Format. Candidates are advised to read these instructions carefully before filing-up the Application duly filled in the application form is to be given to the Operator for filing Online.

 The Admission Schedule: 

The admission schedule (Web Counseling) will be notified in all leading Newspapers after declaration of POLYCET results. Candidates are advised to note that admissions into polytechnics for the academic year 2018-2019 shall be made on the basis of Web Counseling, where in candidates can opt for any course at any polytechnic in the order of priority and the allotment shall be made for his/her best preferred choice based on his/her merit and other admission rules in vogue. Details of Web counseling and helpline centres will be available on our website http://sbtetap.gov.in and shall also be notified in all leading Newspapers after declaration of POLYCET RESULTS.

IMPORTANT DO’S FOR CANDIDATES.

a) As separate POLYCET tests are being conducted by the respective States, The candidates of Andhra Pradesh intend to seek admission in to the courses offered in Polytechnics of Telangana State and seek admission under 15% unreserved quota offered in Telangana State shall appear for POLYCET conducted by Telangana. 

b) For admissions into State wide institutions located in Telangana State under the ratio of 42:36:22 (AU/OU/SVU respectively) Andhra Pradesh local students need not appear for POLYCET conducted by Telangana State. 64% of the seats are aportionated to Andhra Pradesh local students in state level Institutions located in Telangana State. (A proposal has been submitted to the Government to this extent and the above statuses of admissions are subject to condition of Govt. approval. 

c) Please note that only one Hall ticket will be generated against an APPLICANT. 

d) Fill the SSC Hall ticket Number, Year of Pass and Date of Birth on the application by verifying your SSC Hall ticket /SSC Certificate or its equivalent, as the candidate data is taken from SSC database.

e) AADHAR number entry in application is mandatory mee-Seva Caste certificate and mee-Seva Income certificate to be submitted in the counseling at the time of Admission. Prospective students may approach revenue authorities well in advance to avoid last minute difficulties. f) The candidate pertaining to the board other than SSC(CBSE/ICSE/NOS) has to visit any of the centres along with his photo for filing online application.
